The CONCACAF Caribbean Cup is an annual football competition for clubs that are members of the Caribbean Football Union (CFU). Beginning with the inaugural tournament in 2023, the competition serves as qualification to the CONCACAF Champions Cup for clubs from the region. The tournament is the successor to the Caribbean Club Championship which ran from 1997 to 2022. The top three clubs from the Caribbean Cup will qualify for the Champions Cup, with the winner entering the round of 16 and second and third-place finishers entering in round one.
