The Wembley Cup was a pre-season friendly invitational tournament. It was founded in 2009, with the only edition involving professional clubs taking place between the 24th and 26th of July that same year. Celtic won the 2009 title; beating Barcelona, Spurs, and Al Ahly to the prize.
