About NM Cup
The NM Cup, commonly known as Cupen or simply NM, is Norway’s premier knockout cup competition. Founded in 1902, it is the Scandinavian nation’s oldest tournament. The NM Cup is a national championship, meaning the winner of this competition receives the King’s trophy and is crowned the champion of Norway. The tournament kicks off with two qualifying rounds that take place in March and April. The champion qualifies for Europe as well as the Mesterfinalen, the Norwegian Super Cup.
