The National Premier Soccer League (NPSL) is a semi-professional American league. Founded in 2003, it is considered as the country’s fourth division championship – alongside the USL League Two – despite lacking an official designation from the United States Soccer Federation. The competition consists of four regions which are then divided into a number of conferences. After the regular season is completed, the NPSL enters the playoffs in order to determine the champion.
