Ronaldo has scored 501 goals in his career and 324 of them with Real Madrid. Madrid will play Levante this Saturday at home.

It's not every day that a player breaks records like Cristiano Ronaldo, and that is why, Nike has decided to launch two new pairs of boots to commemorate Cristiano Ronaldo's achievements on the pitch. In the game against Malmo in the Champions League, Ronaldo scored two goals that now have him at the top of the record books.

He went into the game with 499 career goals and ended with 501, an impressive number by any means only 12 years after his debut. Based on Real Madrid's record books, Cristiano was only one goal behind Raul Gonzalez Blanco in the list of the leading scorers for the club. With his second goal against Malmo, CR7 broke that record and now stands alone with 324.

Therefore, one of the new pair of boots is called "Mercurial Superfly 324K Gold." The other pair of boots was named "Mercurial Superfly CR7 Quinhentos (500)." The design of both boots was inspired by the Mercurial Vapor 3 design that was first developed in 2006.

As you can see, these boots cover up the whole ankle which is not a usual thing in a boot. In the end, Ronaldo also isn't your typical striker.
