NYCFC registered their first goal of the season through Tommy McNamara, and it was a total beauty.

Thomas ‘Tommy’ Liam McNamara scored the first goal of the season for New York City FC against Chicago Fire as the two sides clashed in the MLS. Famously known as T-Mac, the 25-year-old American midfielder capitalized on an excellent build-up to curve the ball into the net in the 10th minute. NYCFC are hoping to provide a strong performance this season, especially after the arrival of former Arsenal and France legend Patrick Vieira as their head coach.
