Both NYC FC and Toronto FC will be battling for their second wins of the 2016 MLS season as they clash at Yankee Stadium on Sunday, March 13th. Here are some live TV listings & online streaming options for NYC FC vs. Toronto FC.

It's going to be an interesting clash of some big-name players as NYC FC prepare to welcome Toronto FC to Yankee Stadium for matchday two of the 2016 MLS season. And given that both sides will be coming into this game having won their respective opening day fixtures, expect this one to be an entertaining one from start to finish.

NYC FC

Under new coach Patrick Viera, the hosts were able to edge out Chicago Fire in a seven-goal thriller, that ultimately finished as a 4-3 result. Although the team showed lots of promise, especially with its promising attacking stars, their defensive frailties were on full display as shipping three goals usually does not guarantee coming out on top. Naturally, the French tactician will be hoping that this will be one area his squad will improve on quickly, especially since other teams they will face are both as equally strong in defense as they are in attack.

Last season, NYC conceded a whopping 31 goals at Yankee Stadium and in fact, were the only side in MLS to concede more than 25 goals on home turf. Tonight, they will be welcoming Toronto FC, a team in which they managed to avoid defeat against last season, with two wins and a draw, but that unbeaten record will come under threat due to the presence of one of the most in-form strikers in the league: Italian international Sebastian Giovinco.

Viera will have to contend with some absentees for this match, with Connor Brandt and Jack Harrison out due to injury, but his main concern will be the availability of star midfielder Frank Lampard. The former Chelsea man and English international is currently struggling with a calf issue and will have to pass a late fitness test to see if he can feature in some capacity today.

Toronto FC

Meanwhile, Toronto FC also picked up a win over New York Red Bulls, and the aforementioned Giovinco showed that he is no one-hit wonder. After clinching the 2015 MLS MVP prize, the former Juventus striker appears to have easily picked up from where he left off in his debut season by opening the scoring for his team with a well-taken penalty.

The visitors, who have concerns about Jozy Altidore's fitness following a hamstring injury and will be missing Clement Simonin as a result of knee problems, will also be eager to finally get their first win over NYC FC after losing two and drawing the other in their trio of meetings last season. With a star-studded cast, this game will be one not to miss as both teams attempt to outplay each other; at the end of 90 minutes, only one side will be able to possibly maintain their 100 per cent winning streak in the early stages of this new campaign.
