The Brazilian ace was 'signed' for one day by Los Blaugranas to help them unveil their offices in New York City along some other distinguished guests.

Football club Barcelona opened their New York City offices with the help of many of their former superstars.

Ballon D'Or winner Ronaldinho was in charge of scoring the first "goal" in the new headquarters, in an event that included the presence of David Villa, Hristo Stoichkov and even former Galáctico and Real Madrid player, Raúl.

In fact, Ronaldinho signed a one-day contract with Los Blaugranas to be able to attend the event.

The 2002 World Cup winner with Brazil spoke later to the press,revealing he's happy to watch some of his "pupils" make history with Los Blaugranas.

"I had the chance to play with some great players, and it brings me a lot of happiness to watch Messi and Neymar play and making history while they're at it. I don't envy them for playing in such a team, I really enjoy watching them play," Ronaldinho added.

The team will extend its commercial push to the territory, backing up the team's operations in Asia.
