The finals of this year's CONCACAF Champions League will be between Pachuca and the winner of the Vancouver vs Tigres match.

A goal from Franco Daniel Jara and a brace from Hirving Lozano were enough to give Pachuca a 3-1 win over MLS oufit FC Dallas. The result meant that the Mexican outfit had booked a place in the finals of the CONCACAF Champions League on a 4-1 aggregate. Dallas had won the first leg 2-1 on March 15, but failed to capitalize on their advantage in the return trip to Mexico on April 4.

But statistics show that Tuzo have been lethal at home in this competition. They have won 13 and drawn only one of their last 14 CONCACAF home games. And during that period, they have scored a total of 37 goals and conceded only six.

Their experience in CONCACAF matches also seemed to have played a huge role in their victory. Pachuca won it in 2002, 2007, 2008 and in 2019/10. Here are some highlights of the Pachuca vs FC Dallas game:

Jara's opener

Hirving's golazo

He also scored this

Cristian Colman's only goal for the visitors

But the Paraguayan player also missed this glorious chance that would have changed the game

They will now face the winner between Vancouver and Tigres UANL, who face each other on April 5. Tigres come into this match with a 2-0 lead that they acquired on March 14 over the MLS outfit.
