Two Mexican outfits, Pachuca and Tigres,, will face each other in the final of the CONCACAF Champions League.

It will be an all-Mexican affair in this year's CONCACAF Champions League final. The first semi-final, involving FC Dallas and Pachuca, ended 4-3 on aggregate in favour of the Liga MX side on April 4. The result meant that Tuzos would play the winner between Vancouver and Tigres UANL, who were scheduled to play each other on April 5.

And as the two sides took on each other at the BC Place stadium in Western Canada on April 5, the hosts just needed to avoid conceding and score three goals to book a place in the finals. But things did not turn out as they had expected - the visitors won 2-1, taking the final aggregate to 4-1. Tigres have now become the fifth team to reach consecutive CONCACAF Champions League finals.
