Telemundo Deportes is set to air all the upcoming 32 matches in this year's FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup in the Spanish-language. The sixth-edition of the international tournament which features 16 teams officially commences on Tuesday, November 13 in Uruguay. The tournament ends on Saturday, December 1.

The competition will take place in three cities in Uruguay namely Colonia de Sacramento, Maldonado, and Montevideo. Among the competing countries, defending champion Korea DPR arguably remains the most successful team at this age level. The Asians have reached the final three times and have won the title twice in 2008 and 2016.

This year's competition begins with Brazil taking on Japan at 11:55 a.m. ET on November 13. The game will be live on the Telemundo Deportes En Vivo App. The following game which features Mexico and South Africa is scheduled for 2:55 p.m. The meeting will be live on Universo. In all, nine matches will air live on Universo throught the competition while the rest will stream exclusively on Telemundo Deportes App and via TelemundoDeportes.com. Frederik Oldenburg and Alejandro Perez will chair the coverage from Telemundo Deportes' studios with special guest appearances by Costa Rica's female national team coach Amelia Valverde and former Argentine player and current president of the "Asociación de Fútbol Femenino de Argentina" Evelina Cabrera, among others. Daily highlights and commentary on will be aired on "Titulares y Mas" while content related to the tournament will be on Telemundo Deportes' digital and social media platforms from the beginning till the end.

Upon the completion of the U-17 Women's World Cup and in preparation towards France 2019, Spanish-language broadcast of the 2019 FIFA Women's World Cup France Final Draw will air live on Telemundo and Universo on Saturday, December 8 at 11:55 a.m. ET.
