Zinedine Zidane’s Real Madrid will look to take care of 19th place Osasuna away from home on Saturday in their search for consecutive La Liga titles. A win for Los Blancos this Saturday will essential given that league-leaders Atletico Madrid are two points ahead of them in the table and with two games in hand. Every point matters, especially with Barcelona trailing by only five points.

On the flip side of the table, Osasuna finds itself in the penultimate spot in the table after only picking up 14 points from its first 16 league games this season. Osasuna will hope to at least steal a point from Real just like relegation bound Elche did on Dec. 30, 2020, at home. Center forward Chimy Avila (ACL injury) and goalkeeper Ruben Martinez will be out this weekend. Meanwhile, midfielders Oier (suspension) and Darko Brasanac (knock) will be ready to start on Saturday. Attacking midfielder and right-back Facundo Roncaglia are expected to return to the starting lineup after starting on the bench against Real Sociedad last week.

Real Madrid

Winger Rodrygo Goes will not feature in Pamplona this weekend as he deals with a hamstring injury. Also, Dani Carvajal will miss the match as he serves a suspension for yellow card accumulation. Captain Sergio Ramos should be back after missing last week’s game against Celta because of a stomach issue. Winger Eden Hazard continues to recover from injury and will most likely not start and play a few minutes late in the game as he did last week.
