It will be a day to remember for Christian Pulisic, even if the goal he scored was not enough to keep Chelsea in the lead.
The former Borussia Dortmund player and USMNT star gave the Blues a one-nil lead over Real Madrid with a precise right-foot shot before the 15th-minute mark, dribbling past Thibaut Courtois and placing his shot between both Nacho and Raphael Varane, who wanted to clear the ball away while standing on the goal line.
Pulisic joined an elite list of American players to perform in a UEFA Champions League semi-final, but he topped that accomplishment by becoming the first one to find the back of the net in this stage.
Christian Pulisic is the first U.S. International to score in a UCL Semifinal.

Have a look at Pulisic's goal against Real Madrid, which has eventually given the Blues a certain advantage for the return leg no matter the end result.(Image might be geo-restricted).
