More Than 2,000 Hours of Unprecedented Coverage and Most Digital World Cup Ever Across Telemundo, Universo, Peacock, TelemundoDeportes.com and Telemundo Deportes’ app

Telemundo, the exclusive home of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 in Spanish, will bring a massive and never-seen coverage of the highly-anticipated competition, which is set to begin on Sunday, Nov. 20.

The network's channels and its mobile apps and services will give users more than 2,000 hours of coverage, featuring all 64 games live in Spanish, with all games having commentary from inside the stadium. The coverage will include Telemundo, Universo, Peacock, TelemundoDeportes.com and the Telemundo Deportes app.

It will be a busy month for the network, as 56 games will be available to watch on Telemundo. The other eight games will be simultaneously aired on Universo. Added to that, Peacock will stream all games live.

Things will get goind with the opening ceremony scheduled for Sunday. Fans will be able to watch all dealings starting at 9 a.m. ET, and then, the opening game between Qatar and Ecuador exactly at 11:00 a.m. ET.

Telemundo

Added to all live games mentioned before, Telemundo will include additional coverage with shows such as Hoy en la Copa, Viva el Mundial, Debate Mundial, and Zona Mixta: Edición Mundial.

Peacock

Peacock will offer exclusive live coverage for all games being played, making it the only direct-to-consumer streaming platform. To make it more appealing to U.S. users, the first 12 games of the competition for free, and starting on November 24, Peacock Premium subscribers will have exclusive online access. Additional to live games, Peacock will feature a World Cup Hub that will include highlights, analysis, on-demand full-match replays, and other features such as documentaries.
