The FIFA World Cup gives the world a chance to show the best -or worst- of some people, and this time, it was Louis Van Gall who showed his rather unknown soft side.

The Dutch tactician was answering questions from the media prior to the team's match against Ecuador, when a journalist from Senegal had the chance to ask the legendary boss a question.

The African journalist decided to use his turn to share with Van Gaal his admiration, admitting that he did not have any questions for him. The reporter decided to tell the Dutch tactician how much he admired him since he was three years old.

Known for his short temper, Van Gaal reacted with a smile and even told the journo he appreciated the gesture because he did not have such comments aimed at him too often. Moments later, the former Manchester United coach found the journalist to give him a hug.
