Since arriving in Italy, has has quickly established himself as a reliable goalscorer for the Partenopei, and with nine goals so far, is currently on top of the Capocannoniere charts. In addition, Napoli, who will resume action in a week with a mouth-watering clash against Inter, are presently on top of the Serie A table thanks to a brilliant start to the term that has seen them win 13 of their first 15 league ties.
As such, getting Luciano Spalletti's side to part ways with a key player will be a tall task for Manchester United, as Napoli are also keen on making major inroads both in Serie A and in the Champions League when 2023 kicks off.
