The USMNT star is facing a lengthy period on the sidelines after another unfortunate injury.

Unfortunately, it's bad news for Chelsea and the USMNT as one of their key players has been ruled out for the long-haul due to an injury.

Last weekend, Chelsea faced Manchester City in the FA Cup, during which the Blues were humiliated 4-0 by Pep Guardiola's side. That wasn't the only major blow for Graham Potter, as Christian Pulisic limped off early on the first half and had to be eventually substituted.

Now reports indicate that the American international's injury, which appears to be a major knee issue, is much worse than previously thought. During a recent press conference, Potter admitted that Pulisic could expect to miss "at least a couple of months" of football, which means that he will not be back in action until March at the latest.

As a result, Pulisic is expected to miss close to ten matches for Chelsea, as well as isn't likely to be involved when the USMNT return to action this spring.
