Thierry Henry believes that Arsenal will feel nothing but regret should they part company with manager Arsene Wenger.
The former Gunner and current MLS star was part of the Arsenal team that clinched the club’s last trophy up to date in 2005. As a diehard supporter of the London outfit, Thierry Henry is concerned by Arsenal’s title drought.

However, he has ruled out the sacking of Arsene Wenger as a possible solution to get things in order at the Emirates Stadium. Like shareholder Stan Kroenke, Henry is in full support of Frenchman Wenger.

Arsenal are gradually growing their aspirations this season. The poor start to the English Premier League campaign is now something of the past.

With crucial wins such as their historic 5-3 triumph over Chelsea at Stamford Bridge, the Gunners have moved from the bottom of the standings to the 7th position. Manchester City, Manchester United and even Chelsea look more like to steal the 2011/12 EPL trophy but according to Thierry Henry, Arsenal faithful must exercise patience with Arsene Wenger in spite of everything.

“It hasn't been easy for Arsene. I hope with all my heart that we'll win a trophy,” Henry told the press this week as The Sun reported.

“The two Manchester clubs will make it difficult but, once again, let's not forget what Arsene has done for Arsenal.

“It's always easy to judge on the spur of the moment in football, that's the way it is.

“The day he stops, quite a lot of people will realize what he's done for the club. It's always easy to criticize but can you find better than Wenger?”

Arsene Wenger has been at Arsenal since 1996. His winning percentage at the club is of 57.16% in 866 games.
