The past week in terms of audiences had some clear winners, mainly due to the absence of the most-watched league in the United States.

With the Premier League entering a pause to give way for the FA Cup, the big winner in the Battle for the Audiences was the Mexican top-flight, with two of its games gathering almost over two million average viewers. Univisión and TUDN were right in the middle of the action by broadcasting both of those matches.

The runner-up spot had the USMNT returning to the pitch, although their result against Colombia was not something to talk about. Regardless of their performance, fans in the U.S. were keen on following their clash, with over 500,000 average viewers having a look at their game against Los Cafeteros.
