The French side was unable to bounce back from the goal scored by Kingsley Coman, which was enough to give Die Roten a deserved win.

The highly-anticipated clash between PSG and Bayern did not disappoint, especially towards the end when both sides left it all on the pitch to try to win. Nevertheless, the win went Bayern's way and PSG have quite a few reasons to be worried about things to come.

The game between the German and French champions was sorted out thanks to a goal by Kingsley Coman, who kept punishing the Ligue 1 outfit just like he did in the 2020 UCL final. The goal by the French winger was enough for Bayern to continue with their perfect pace in the competition, but more importantly, he saw how PSG will have to think things over if they want to change the current course of the season.

For starters, the French side will have to figure out how to win matches again, as they have already lost more games (5) than those in which they were defeated last season. Those numbers are undoubtedly fueled by their current three-game losing streak across all comps.

Secondly, the French club will need to start one more winning streak at home, as their impressive run at Parc des Princes has come to an end with today's defeat.

Things couldn't get worse for PSG, especially if they start thinking about how they can make it past such a well-placed defense such as Bayern's.

Will coach Christoph Galtier find a way to end the team's current hoodoo before the second leg takes place?
