Jorge Messi was spotted in Barcelona for an alleged family reunion, and he did not shy away from claims about his son's future.

Lionel Messi's future is set to become a transfer saga one more time, and with Jorge Messi's arrival to Barcelona on Wednesday evening, speculations about a potential meeting between the player's agent and Los Culés immediately emerged.

Today, before Jorge Messi boarded a plane, he squashed all rumors regarding a potential reunion with Camp Nou execs, and to make matters worse for Barcelona fans, he seemed to dismiss the idea of Messi's return to his beloved club in the near future.

Speaking just after stepping out of a cab that drove him to El Prat airport in Barcelona, Messi ruled out the idea of a meeting with Joan Laporta or any member of Barcelona's board, while also stating that his son may not cross paths with Los Blaugranas again.

"I don't think Leo will go back to Barca. The conditions to see that are not met. Impossible? I have no idea if it is impossible," Messi stated.

Then, "La Pulga's" father/agent added that he is yet to meet with Joan Laporta, and that there has not even been an approach from the club to see his son returning to Spain.

"We haven't even spoken with Laporta, and there has not even been a proposal. Leo is still under contract with PSG," Jorge Messi added.

Last week, Messi's brother Matías revealed that his famous sibling would not return to Los Culés until Joan Laporta left the club. With those words in mind, and considering what Jorge Messi said today, it seems to be pretty clear that the Argentine ace is moving forward with his career, and going back to play for Barcelona is something we may never see before.
