The Portuguese star has been linked to Premier League clubs for the better part of the season, and he has finally opened up about this prospect.

One of the hottest prospects in European football is none other than Rafael Leao, and with the rising Serie A star increasing his reputation, teams from other leagues have been quick to show their interest in his services.

Those teams have included Manchester City and Chelsea, who were named as potential destinations for the 23-year-old footballer. Following Leao's interview with YouTube show "Kick Game", the player has stepped up to let everyone know what he wants to do in the next few years when it comes to his career.

When asked about his time at Serie A and if he would like to exchange that to play in England, the footballer left an emphatic message that can be taken as a declaration of intentions after spending a few days in the English capital.

"I didn't like the weather," he said smiling. "It was my first time in London, I went shopping," the player added.

Asked about how he has changed his game to fit correctly with Milan, Leao compared how his game evolved while in Ligue 1 and how he has also become a better player since he joined the rossoneri.

"I'm in Serie A and before I was in France, the first year was difficult. They come like hard. But then with some skills…when you are faster you can create, and make a difference. The second year was much better and then I grew more and more,"Leao said.

The Portuguese player will be one of the top transfer targets in years to come, but with the bad impression left on him by London's weather, it seems that his future could be far away from the Premier League.
