The league leaders will hope to extend their lead at the top of the Premier League table as they host Bournemouth on Saturday, March 4th.

Currently five points clear of reigning Premier League champions Manchester City, Arsenal will hope to continue gaining a steady march on the chasing pack as they prepare to host Bournemouth on Saturday. The Gunners come into this match having cruised to a 4-0 win over Everton in their midweek makeup tie and now will be looking to make it a fourth consecutive league win when they face Bournemouth this weekend.

Mikel Arteta's side have been dreaming of the title all season, and are inching close to making their aspirations a reality. They were dealt a scare as Manchester City beat them 3-1 recently to blow the title race back open, but since then, they have reasserted themselves to build up a a slender advantage over their title rivals. That being said, with Manchester City facing Newcastle earlier in the day, Arsenal could see their lead cut to two points even before taking to the pitch on Saturday.

Meanwhile, Bournemouth saw their survival hopes take a major hit as they were crushed 4-1 by Manchester City, and will face an uphill battle to try to turn their fortunes around when they travel to the Emirates. 2023 has not been kind to the Cherries, who have won just one match since the start of the current year. And barring a major upset, it's hard to see how Gary O'Neil's side will be able to avoid another defeat this weekend, especially considering they have lost their last eight meetings against the team ranked top in the league table.

Arsenal: Both Gabriel Jesus and Mohamed Elneny are set to miss this game due to their rehab process from knee injuries, while Jorginho came off midweek due to illness and may not feature for this match.

Bournemouth: Meanwhile, the visitors have quite a selection crisis on their hands. Both Ilya Zabarnyi and David Brooks are still out, while Lloyd Kelly, Lewis Cook, Junior Stanislas, Matias Vina, and Marcus Tavernier. are all doubtful for this tie.
