The Ligue 1 leaders are keen on moving on the Brazilian superstar, but his high wages mean there's only one league he can join.

Neymar's time at PSG appears to be over but the question on everyone's mind is where the Brazilian superstar will end up next.

The Ligue 1 giants are set to shake up their squad after another dispappointing campaign that saw Les Parisiens crash out of the UEFA Champions League early once again. Two players who the club could move on this summer are Lionel Messi and Neymar.

The French top-flight leaders are desperate to get rid of the Selecao sensation mainly due to his wages and are even willing to let the 31-year-old leave the Parc des Princes on loan.

Neymar, who remains the most expensive player in history following his $263M move from Barcelona, is aware of this and is open to leaving just two years after reuniting with close friend Messi in the French capital.

However, given the player's stature and large wages, not many clubs can afford to sign Neymar. Then there is the attacker's preference. According to UOL, the South American superstar has his eyes set out on one league: the Premier League.

The reasons are understandable. English clubs have been linked with Neymar before and they are one of a handful of teams that can afford Neymar's wages. Three teams were highlighted in the aforementioned report, and to no one's surprise, they are Chelsea, Newcastle, and Manchester United.

Newcastle are out for a new winger and due to their Saudi owners, the Magpies have the money to sign the Brazilian. However, Eddie Howe's side have steered away from marquee signings so far and have opted for young players instead. The Red Devils, on the other hand, are prioritizng a striker and might not have enough funds to pull off both.

Chelsea, on the other hand, could benefit drastically from Neymar's creativity and goal threat. However, after just signing Mudryk, it will be interesting to see whether Boehly and Co. will sanction another move for a winger.
