The Spanish giants will need to add talent up front to fill the voids left by Benzema, Asensio, Mariano, and Eden Hazard.

Real Madrid mean business this offseason, and one day after learning about Karim Benzema's decision to leave them, they have started negotiations to hire his replacement.

According to a report by Cadena Ser, the club has already sent their first bid to sign Kane, which would see the Spanish giants offering the striker a three-year deal. The club is also willing to sign Kane for over $11M for each of those season, with other appealing add-ons for him to make the move to the Bernabeu.

In terms of the deal between both clubs, Real Madrid's bid would see them paying Tottenham over $80M, which would not be enough to lure Kane to Spain according to Spurs' initial desire to collect over $110M for their all-time top striker. Nevertheless, Real Madrid are "positive" about their chances to hire Kane.

The English footballer, who is set to end his deal with Tottenham next season, has voiced his desire to leave the club to join a team that gives him a chance to win titles. Real Madrid are known around the world for their ability to win trophies, and while Kane seemed to have his heart set on joining another Premier League club, the chance to play for one of the most popular teams in the world could be too good to turn down.

Real Madrid are set to be one of the most active teams in the transfer window, following the exits of four attackers in the past few days. Added to those moves, the club has also been tipped to be about to lure Jude Bellingham to the Bernabeu, in what could be one of the top transfers in the upcoming offseason.
