The Hammers were on the edge of their seats until the last minute of regulation to spark all celebrations after Bowen's counter-attack goal.

Intense scenes came from Fortuna Arena in Prague thanks to West Ham United, as the team kicked off all celebrations with their UEFA Europa Conference league title thanks to Jarrod Bowen's late goal.

Bowen put to good use a through ball in a swift counter-attack by the Hammers to solve the game with a left-footed finish. Fiorentina's goalkeeper came close to deflecting the shot, but Bowen's strike was strong enough to see the ball slipping into the back of Fiorentina's net.

The Hammers are now able to celebrate their first title in over 43 years, as their last trophy came with their  1980 FA Cup win. Speaking of West Ham's international performances, the club has also ended a 58-year drought in continental tournaments, making this their newest title in European competitions after their UEFA Cup Winners' Cup victory against 1860 Munich.
