The Spanish tactician is turning things around for Los Culés, and some of his former teammates have shared some flattering thoughts on his work.

Xavi Hernández's revolution at Barcelona lived one of its best moments this evening against Napoli, and his handling of the team has already earned him praise from those who shared some of his best moments on the pitch.

The former midfielder led his team to a 4-1 win against the Italian side, but that is not the first time in which the Blaugrana team has dazzled some of Xavi's former colleagues. One of those men to share his views on Xavi's tactical skills via Twitter is Carles Puyol, who hailed his former teammate and the team's performance at Diego Maradona Stadium.

Puyol's words reflect his faith on the former midfielder and how he believes Xavi will turn things around for the better at Camp Nou in years to come.

"When they hired Xavi, I said we would win the league. I bet a dinner on it and I don't know if I will end up paying it, but what is clear to me is that I like how this team plays. And I am sure we will be celebrating with them sooner or later".

Moments later, another of Barcelona's graduates stepped up to share his views on the team's display. Former midfielder Marc Crosas went on to praise Xavi for his handling of the team's squad ahd how other teams must be wary of their chances when they face the Blaugrana outfit from now on.

"Those who said 'they are playing in the Europa League, hold your horses' are SHAKING already...These 60 minutes are waking up some of the ghosts they have feared in the past, it's understandable. WHAT A PERFORMANCE!"

Barcelona will know which team they will be paired up against in the UEFA Europa League draw set to take place on Friday.
