The Reds will return to one more UEFA Champions League final trying to win their seventh continental title.

The evening left Liverpool with quite a bit to celebrate, as their historic 2021-22 season could be capped with three more trophies and a handful of records such as the ones they accomplished today.

The team led by Jurgen Klopp has kept re-writing club and league history with this campaign's performances, and while nothing will compare to getting the title, the Reds certainly have reasons to feel proud about themselves with several games to go.

An evening full of records was kicked off by Sadio Mané, who scored the game-winning goal and set a new milestone for the club in terms of goals scored...and with a few matches left in the season.

Once the final whistle was blown, it was confirmed that Liverpool's run in the competition while playing away from home had been flawless. The Reds won all away matches during this UCL season, scoring 18 goals and keeping opponents at bay by conceding seven goals.

If you guys thought this era of dominance by the Reds was only limited to continental football, their next milestone will give you an idea on how impressive their season has been considering all competitions.

Post-match milestones did not have to do with the team's performance only. Jurgen Klopp, the man behind every key decision for the Reds since his arrival in 2015 also nabbed a couple of records for himself.

Now, it will all come down to how things take place between May 3 and May 28 to see how many games and titles the Reds can win, but even if they only claim one more title, this will be a season no Liverpool fan will forget.
