Paris Saint-Germain are on the verge of hijacking Robert Lewandowski's move to Barcelona, multiple reports have revealed. The Polish striker is believed to be closing in on a move to Barcelona from Bayern Munich in a three-year deal but could reconsider his decision with the French club set to enter the race.
After inspiring Bayern to another Bundesliga title, the club has confirmed that their star man has put in a transfer request to secure a move elsewhere. Amid the uncertainty, the player's agent Pini Zahavi has revealed that the has "always dreamed" of completing a switch to Camp Nou.
However, the Bavarians are adamant to part ways with the he 33-year-old star with no apparent replacement in sight. Instead, the club's sporting director Hasan Salihamidzic has been tasked to meet the forward face-to-face at his holiday home in Mallorca to convince him to stay, as per a report by Marca.
