The Portuguese footballer stepped out to clarify his future via Instagram, vowing that the world will know his truth in two weeks time.

The lies have to stop, and Cristiano Ronaldo is ready to set the record straight about what he wants for his future sooner than expected.

The player took his anger to Instagram, where he replied to a post about his future with harsh words in his native language. Apparently, CR7 is not happy with the way some members of the media have handled his desire to be transferred, and with that in mind, they have published "lies" that have tarnished his reputation.

The footballer went on to state how he will tell his truth to the world in an interview that is set to be aired in fifteen days, although there was no indication on where it will be aired or who will be conducting the interview.

On top of it all, the player stated that he is keeping a record of all the lies that have been published, while he urged the public to make up their own minds about what is really going on.

Here is Cristiano's reply on Instagram.

Manchester United and the player himself are getting ready to face Liverpool on a Monday night fixture set to take place at Old Trafford. It is yet to be seen if CR7 takes the pitch for the Red Devils, since his performances this season have been rather disappointing for Erik Ten Hag's men.
