Although the Premier League will not be in action this weekend as the United Kingdom mourns the passing of Queen Elizabeth II, who became the nation's longest serving monarch this year, it is business as usual for Europe's other "Big Five" leagues.
That includes, of course, the Bundesliga, which gets underway on Friday as Werder Bremen and Augsburg kick off matchday six.

Bayern Munich vs Stuttgart: Bayern Munich earned a well-deserved 2-0 win over Inter in their Champions League opener to preserve their strong track record against Italian opposition. However, die Roten have hit a slight bump domestically, drawing their last two games which has seen them drop to third in the table. Of course, given the top-notch players at their disposal, the reigning Bundesliga winners will certainly bounce back, with Stuttgart hoping to become the latest side to try to cause some concerns for Julian Naglesmann's side this weekend.
Schalke vs Bochum: Two of the worst-performing sides will go head to head on Saturday in a desperate scrap for points. Schalke are doing better, but only slightly, having picked up three points from their first five games, while Bochum remain rooted to the bottom of the table, with zero wins - and thus zero points - so far this season. Will either of these teams be able to finally pick up a positive result?
Leipzig vs Borussia Dortmund: The visitors are joint tied for first place at the moment and are only behind league leaders Freiburg due to a slightly inferior goal difference. A comfortalble 3-0 win over København will certainly give die Schwarzgelben confidence ahead of their match with Leipzig, which comes shortly before a very tough test against former striker Erling Haaland and Manchester City in the Champions League next week.
Freiburg vs Borussia Mochengladbach: Freiburg are surprisingly on top of the table after five rounds, but given Bayern's dominance over the Bundesliga landscape over the past decade, that will likely change after this round. That is, unless if Freiburg can beat Borussia Moenchengladbach this weekend; should they do so, they could return to the top of the table regardless of the result from the Bayern-Stuttgart tie.
