The Blaugrana will look to bounce back from their 2-0 loss to Valencia in Sunday's match. Check out our match preview for more info.

What is the form of Barcelona compared to Levante?

Barcelona head into this tie on the back of their 5-0 win over Leganes in the Copa del Rey, only their third victory from six games in 2020 (D1, L2). However, their last league outing saw them lose 2-0 at Valencia, but that was only their second defeat in their last 17 matches in all competitions (W11, D4).

As for Levante, they boast only one win in 2020 and that came courtesy of a penalty shootout triumph over Real Jean in the Copa del Rey. They currently boast a three-game losing streak in La Liga and have lost more than half of their last 15 league games – eight, to be exact (W5, D1).

Barcelona vs Levante head-to-head record

These two sides have faced off 33 times overall and while Levante have beaten them three times in a row at home, as per Barcelona’s official website, Granota have not won a single game at Camp Nou. In fact, they have never even picked up a point on the road against the Catalan giants, losing every single game.

Team news

Barcelona must return to winning ways in the league, especially after Real Madrid went six points clear at the top with their Madrid Derby victory over Atletico. While the Blaugrana will be without a few key names, they will be confident of winning.

Luis Suarez remains sidelined while this game comes too soon for Ousmane Dembele, who has returned to training. Otherwise, Setien has a full squad to choose from.

Arthur and Sergi Roberto are available to start, as is Samuel Umtiti, so it will be interesting to see how the manager selects his midfield. In attack, expect a front three of Fati, Griezmann, and Messi.

The away side, on the other hand, have quite a few absentees. Rober Pier, Oier Olazabal, Cheick Doukoure, and Ivan Lopez are all unavailable. Fortunately, though, Nemaja Radoja and Enis Bardhi could return.
