About Foxtel Now
Foxtel Now is an Australian internet television service that offers subscriptions to live channels and on-demand content. It was launched on August 11, 2013 as Foxtel Play, and as its name states, it is owned by Foxtel.
The service works as an alternative to Foxtel’s cable and satellite TV packages, meaning that users are not forced to sign a long-term contract to access all available channels. Users can subscribe to this service on a monthly basis, with add-ons available depending on what channels the user wants to stream.
Speaking about sports, Foxtel Now has included some of the world’s most popular sports channels to its offering. In the past, Foxtel Now has offered channels such as beIN Sports, ESPN, and Fox Sports.
Foxtel Now is available for internet connected devices such as game consoles, smart TVs, Blu-Ray players, mobile phones and tablets that work with Android or iOS, personal computers, and Google Chromecast. Some of those devices may offer SD feeds of all channels, while some of the newer ones may also offer HD feeds. You may visit Foxtel Now’s website for more compatibility details.
