Belgium international Divock Origi scored a late dramatic goal for Liverpool to earn the Merseyside club a 2-2 draw with their visitors West Bromwich Albion.

Although Jurgen Klopp#s men were in charge of the larger share of possession throughout the closely-contested match, they failed to dismiss their opponents early. Jordan Henderson had given the Reds the lead in the 21st minute of the game before Craig Dawson levelled for the visitors. West Brom then took the lead through a close-range header from Jonas Olsson, but things were far from over for Klopp’s men.

Origi, son of former Kenya international Mike Okoth, was introduced late in the game to replace the injured Dejan Lovren. He then scored the equalizer for the Reds through a deflected strike, consequently sparking wild cheers at Anfield.
