After defeating Monaco in the Coupe de la Ligue, Bordeaux will welcome Olympique Marseille to the Stade Bordeaux-Atlantique on Sunday, December 20th. Here are some live TV listings & online streaming options for Bordeaux vs. Olympique Marseille.

Earlier today, Paris Saint-Germain cruised to yet another win as they dispatched Caen 3-0, meaning that Les Parisiens have now opened a massive 20 point gap over second-placed Angers. With the Ligue 1 title increasingly looking certain to remain in Paris for another season and no team appearing to come even close to spoiling the capital club's unbeaten record, the fight is on for the remaining handful of European football berths for the 2015/2016 campaign.

In past seasons, PSG did have some real competition for the league title, with teams like Lyon, Olympique Marseille, Lille, and Monaco all attempting to cause some trouble for the cash-rich side. However, this time around, all these fellow "big" French sides have endured their own difficulties, with Monaco sitting in third - but a whopping 20 points behind the league leaders. And the others have fared even worse, with some having less than half the total of PSG's haul of 51 points. Fortunately, however, once one looks beyond that, the rest of the table is quite congested, meaning that a win here or a loss there could see a team's fortunes rise and fall quite dramatically.

Bordeaux

Currently in 14th place, Bordeaux are actually just three points away from the drop zone and indeed could find themselves in the bottom three after tomorrow's match if things do not go their way. However, Les Girondins will be coming into this game having defeated Monaco 3-0 in their Coupe de la Ligue clash mid-week, with young teenage starlet Adam Ounas enjoying a prominent role for Willy Sagnol's side.

Despite some of their struggles, Bordeaux have also seen things improve for them somewhat in the league as well. A hard-fought 1-0 win over Guingamp was followed up by an impressive draw on the road against Angers, meaning that they have picked up four points from their last two matches. And given that they are not featuring in Europe - after failing to make it into the knock-out rounds for the Europa League - they can put all their resources into ensuring a solid finish in Ligue 1 as well as progressing as far in the Coupe de la Ligue as feasible.

Whilst they have been poor on the road, they have been quite good at home and have already defeated teams like Troyes, Monaco, Guingamp, Nantes, and Lyon at the Stade Bordeaux-Atlantique and will be hoping to make it a sixth win in front of their home crowd. Additionally, they have an excellent record against Olympique Marseille, especially, again, on their home turf: in 33 meetings at the Stade Chaban-Delmas (the predecessor to Bordeaux's current home ground), Marseille have not been able to leave with all three points.

However, the hosts will be missing quite a few players due to injury, with Clément Chantôme, Thomas Touré, Nicolas Maurice-Belay, Grégory Sertić, and Milan Gajić among the players on the treatment table. Additonally, defender Nicolas Pallois will be out serving a long-term ban till February 2016 for attacking a referee.

Olympique Marseille

1977. That was the last time Marseille were able to beat Bordeaux at home, and since then, they have taken over 30 trips to the famous wine-producing region, all without success. Under the tutelage of Michel, Marseille, who finished in sixth place last season, have built up an eight-match unbeaten run across all competitions and are into the round of 32 of this season's Europa League. Still, a spot in the continent's second-tier competition is all well and good, but the team are hoping to do even better and snatch a Champions League spot for the 2016/2017 season.

Currently in ninth, a UCL spot is still up for grabs, but obviously, they will need to start winning more consistently. Belgian star Michy Batshuayi has been in good form for his side and the team and their supporters will hope that the tricky attacker can add more goals to his 11-goal tally against Bordeaux as they hope to overcome a spell of bad luck that has spanned back nearly four decades.

Michel will be without the services of Georges-Kevin Nkoudou, Abou Diaby, and Romain Alessandrini, but Lass Diarra should pass a late fitness test to hopefully feature in some capacity in tomorrow's match.

Will Bordeaux be able to maintain that same strong home form against Marseille? It will indeed be interesting whether the same good fortune they experienced against their upcoming visitors at the Stade Chaban-Delmas will translate into a good result at the Stade Bordeaux-Atlantique, and if you happen to be in France's famous wine-tasting and producing region, you may be heading there to catch the game live.
