Los Colchoneros travel in high spirits to face Levante, in a game that could prove more complicated for the La Liga contenders.

Atlético Madrid continue their quest for La Liga on Sunday, visiting an already relegated team. With all games of the 37th week being played at the same time, Los Colchoneros will have to do what they need, while keeping an eye on what Barcelona and Real Madrid do in their matches against Espanyol and Valencia, respectively.

This game comes days after Simeone's men sealed their place in the UEFA Champions League final. On the other hand, Levante just wants to leave an impact in a season which saw them relegated to Liga Adelante three weeks before La Liga's games concluded.

Levante

The Blaugrana team sealed their fate on May 2, when they were unable to hold on to a 1-1 draw against Málaga. That point could have given them a life line for the last two games, but a late goal by Los Boquerones confirmed their relegation.

For Sunday's match, the team's only absence will be that of José Mari, who saw a red card during Monday's match against Málaga.

The team from Valencia has only won one of their last six matches.

Atlético Madrid

Los Colchoneros are currently enjoying a six-game winning streak, which has kept them in contention to win the Spanish title for the second time in three years. One of the team's key assets during that run has been Antoine Griezmann's form, who has reached the 21-goal mark, his best tally with the team from the Spanish capital.

Added to the team's fine form up front, their defensive display has been astounding. In 36 La Liga games, Simeone's men have earned 23 clean sheets, making them the best defense in the Spanish top flight with only sixteen goals allowed.

All of Atlético's players are available for this game. The only doubt Simeone has ahead of their trip to Spain is that of Jan Oblak. The goalie struggled with a knock he picked up against Bayern Munich, but the club's doctors seem confident about his chances of starting the game.
