The Brazilian ace could be living his final months with Les Parisiens after years of controversial results since his high-profile move back in 2017.

Reports from earlier this week suggested that Neymar and PSG were getting ready to part ways, and judging by president Nasser Al-Khelaifi's activity prior to Tuesday's match, the plan to offload the Brazilian ace is already in motion.

Neymar joined PSG in 2017 after Les Parisiens paid the buyout clause included in the footballer's deal with Barcelona of $222M, and now, almost six years after that move, the French entity seems to be tired of waiting for the footballer to "explode". With that in mind, Al-Khelaifi decided to make a trip to England to discuss a possible transfer involving the Brazilian and a Premier League giant.

The team in question is none other than Chelsea, who had initial negotiations to hire the Brazilian back in the summer of 2022, when PSG started to entertain the possibility of letting the player leave. Now, a meeting between owner Todd Boehly and Al-Khelaifi was revealed to have taken place yesterday, according to Le Parisien, with one of the main topics discussed being Neymar's transfer to the Premier League side.

According to the French media outlet, PSG would be willing to let Neymar leave the club if Chelsea paid them over $60M for his move. But if Chelsea decided that the deal was not working out for them, PSG would go as far as to terminate the player's contract without receiving money for him, in a sign of how desperate the French team is to let the footballer leave.

Back in 2022, negotiations for Neymar started between Chelsea and PSG after Thomas Tuchel requested Chelsea to hire the player. PSG's decision to extend Neymar's contract until 2027 ended all discussions, but eight months later, the French side is willing to cut their losses and let the Brazilian ace leave the club.

Chelsea just spent over $120M to hire Enzo Fernández, and as per Le Parisien's report, they would be more than happy to add Neymar to their roster if the proper negotiations take place. Only time will tell if Neymar ends up leaving PSG, but as things stand, it seems that the South American is living his final months with Les Parisiens.
