The 2022/23 UEFA Nations League is coming to its conclusion this month, with the semi-finals and finals taking place over the next few days.

And then there were four: Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, and Croatia are the final four teams remaining in the 2022/23 UEFA Nations League competition.

With the final set to take place on June 18th, all four teams will be vying for the chance to get their hands on the coveted prize.

Here's all you need to know ahead of the next few days, which will feature the semi-finals, finals, and consolation third-place game.

Who will be featuring in the final four of the 2022/23 UEFA Nations League

Spain: Spain finished as runners-up during the 2020/21 UEFA Nations League as they were beaten 2-1 by France. La Roja narrowly pipped Portugal to top spot in their quartet by just one point and now will face familiar foes Italy in what should be a very interesting semi-finals battle on Wednesday, June 14th. This will be the first major test for new boss Luis de la Fuente, who took over following Luis Enrique's resignation back in December 2022.

Italy: The Azzurri have failed to make the grade in recent times, notably missing out on back to back World Cups. Hence, it goes without saying that Roberto Mancini's side, who won the EURO 2020 competition, will be seeking for some redemption as they look to improve on their last appearance in this competition, which saw them earn third spot after beating Belgium 2-1 in the consolation play-off at Juventus Stadium in Turin. Like Spain, Italy, narrowly clinched top spot, just one point ahead of a surprisingly strong Hungary who were determined to piush them until the final matchday.

Netherlands: The Netherlands, who had to settle for runners-up during the inaugural edition following their 1-0 loss to Portugal, will now hope that serving as hosts will give them a bit more luck this time around. The Oranje, who finished top of their group by a whopping six points after an unbeaten group stage campaign, will certainly fancy their chances at making it to their second final at the expense of Croatia, their opponents in the semi-finals.

Croatia: Last, but certainly not least, Croatia represent the fourth of the four teams participating in the final four of the 2022/23 UEFA Nations League. The Vatreni are the only debutant side at this juncture, and will be hoping to finally get their hands on what would be their first continental title since becoming an independent nation.

When does the 2022/23 UEFA Nations League semi-finals get underway?

The first of the two semi-final games in the 2022/23 UEFA Nations League games will take place on Wednesday, June 14th, with the Netherlands facing Croatia at 14.45 EST (20.45 CET/11.45 PST).

Following that match, the second semi-final match, starring Spain and Italy will begin on Thursday, June 15th at 14.45 EST (20.45 CET/11.45 PST).

The 2022/23 UEFA Nations League finals will get underway on Sunday, June 18th, with a kick-off time of 14.45 EST (20.45 CET/11.45 PST).

The losers of the two semi-final games will feature in a consolation third-place game taking place also on Sunday, June 18th. That match will start at 09.00 EST (15.00 CET/06.00 PST).
