The footballer had been linked to a move to Atlético Madrid, but the bianconeri have reportedly agreed terms to seal the move right away.

Juventus are committed to go back to where they belong, and with that purpose, the Italian club has allegedly reached a deal to sign one of the USMNT's best players.

An article by La Gazzetta dello Sport suggests that the Italian side has already agreed personal terms to sign Lille's Tim Weah. The winger recently had a hand in the Yanks' CONCACAF Nations League win with a huge contribution in the semi-finals against Mexico. Added to that, the son of Liberian president George Weah had one of his best professional seasons with Lille, sparking rumors about a potential exit from the Ligue 1 side.

According to the Italian media outlet, Juventus were swift to sign Weah due to the interest shown by Atlético Madrid. The publication adds that Lille would be keen to negotiate a deal for the footballer as long as Juventus' bid surpasses $12M, their asking price for the winger.

Added to his career in Europe, which has seen Weah Jr playing for PSG, Celtic, and the 2020-21 Ligue 1 champions, the winger has played 31 games with the Stars and Stripes, winning two CONCACAF Nations League titles with the USMNT and even scoring a goal in the 2022 FIFA World Cup.

Further details on this transfer may be revealed as soon as the summer transfer window opens in Europe.
