Martinique: Jonathan Rivierez is suspended for this tie after getting sent off in the clash with El Salvador. In his absence, Jean-Claude Michalet could deputize. Kevin Fortune was given a start in that game and will be hoping to remain in the lineup.

Panama: Orlando Mosquera will hope to remain in goal after starting ahead of Luis Mejia in the previous game. Michael Murillo will be keen for something similar.
