Once again, Inter Miami and Messi will steal the spotlight, but there will be more to keep an eye on when Wednesday's games are played.

The end of the group stage in the 2023 Leagues Cup is here, and there are still four spots to be allocated to play in the next round, which will be determined between the eight teams playing today.

Only one of the groups that will be sorted out tonight has handed out its two spots for the KO stage, but the order in which those teams make it to that round is yet to be determined. In the other three groups, things can still change among those involved, so there could be quite a few permutations taking place during tonight's matches.

Without further ado, let us give you a glimpse on all fixtures so you get a better idea on what will be in play this Sunday.

Inter Miami vs Orlando City

The first match of the knockout stage will see Lionel Messi facing one more MLS team, one that Inter Miami has only been able to beat three times. Orlando will try to keep their dominance over Inter Miami, one that has seen them defeating the Herons six times in eleven games. The clash will also see two familiar foes on the bench locking horns one more time, as Tata Martino and Orlando's Oscar Pareja face each other one more time. Both these men have led their clubs to one win when facing each other, meaning that whoever takes this win home will also lead their record against each other. The only KO stage match between these clubs took place in 2022, with Orlando claiming the win after penalties. Will the Messi effect change that flow?

Mazatlán vs Dallas

The big underdogs from Liga MX want to keep their dream going with one more win in the Leagues Cup. This time, Mazatlán will face FC Dallas, a team that has only lost twice in seven games against Mexican clubs, and who claimed a win against Necaxa to reach this stage of the tournament. The match could be quite entertaining to witness as Los Cañoneros have nothing to lose in this competition, while Dallas is seen as one of the most solid MLS teams in the tournament, leaving them with a big chance to make the next round. Will Mazatlán pull off another stunner, or will Dallas put to good use their status as favorites to win this game?

Pachuca vs Houston Dynamo

Los Tuzos will make their debut in the 2023 Leagues Cup against a familiar foe...and facing one of their own who decided to live the American dream with the Texan team. The Dynamo reached this stage after finishing second in group South 2, and now they will want to prove things have changed since their last meeting against Pachuca, which took place over a decade ago. Back then, these teams played five games, with Pachuca winning three of those. Will things keep going their way, or will Héctor Herrera's presence with Houston change the dynamics and earn them a third win against one of the finest Liga MX teams?

Los Angeles FC vs Juárez

The current MLS champions get to face one of the most surprising teams in this competition, who claimed the runner-up spot in group South 1, and who have also enjoyed a fine start to the ongoing Liga MX. Los Angeles reach this match with only one win in their last five games, which may hinder their options to pip Juárez out of the tournament. Nonetheless, the team led by Carlos Vela and and Giorgio Chiellini seemingly has what it takes to beat the team from the Mexican border, even though they may need a bit more effort than initially expected.
