The Portuguese ace led his team's surge to claim the title with a couple of goals, one of them in extra time.

It is not unusual to report one more title for Cristiano Ronaldo, and it is equally unusual to state how he keeps adding records to his already impressive resume while at it.

Once again, the former Real Madrid man struck when his team needed him the most, guiding Al Nassr to the Arab Club Champions Cup for the first time in history. 

With the team down one-nil after more than 70 minutes, the Portuguese superstar scored the equalizer for Al Nassr despite watching Abdullah Al Amri being sent off minutes before his goal. Added to that, CR7 scored one more goal before the end of the first 90 minutes, but his effort was disallowed due to a controversial offside.

As fate would have wanted it, the all-time top scorer for Portugal found the back of the net moments before the 100th-minute mark, giving Al Nassr a lead they would not lose. This was his third consecutive match with at least one goal in the tournament, and both came in handy to lift the trophy for the first time in club history.

Moreover, the Portuguese ace was also able to celebrate quite a milestone after his second goal.

CR7 left the pitch with an injury and was unable to complete the game, but once the final whistle was blown, any pain he might have been going through was off his mind.
