For the upcoming clash, Ecuador skipper Enner Valencia will be unavailable due to accumulations of yellow cards. On a rather positive note, Moises Caicedo should be able to return to the starting lineup after missing the match against Brazil.
In the opposite camp, several key players including key Jefferson Farfan and Edison Flores will be out iof contention as a result of injuries. However, a number of them are expected to be fit in time for the Copa America tournament. Meanwhile, midfielder Cristofer Gonzalez has withdrawn from the squad to nurse an injury whereas left-back Miguel Trauco is suspendedafter being sent off against Colombia.
