This summer, it was Harry Kane. Now, it will be time for Hugo Lloris to part ways with Tottenham this winter.
The French goalkeeper, who joined Spurs in 2012, will put an end to his glorious career in England after over 440 games with the North London club.
Before the start of this season, the team informed Lloris that he could "explore prospective transfer opportunities," as they had already hired goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario as his replacement.
Now, Lloris has seemingly found his next club, as reports from England state that the goalie is closing in on sealing a move to Los Angeles FC, the 2022 MLS Cup winners and 2023 MLS Cup runners' up.
Once Lloris' move is confirmed, the 2018 World Cup winner with France will join his fourth football club, following his spells with Nice, Lyon, and Tottenham.
Lloris will leave the English side as the only non-British footballer to have played over 440 games with Tottenham across all competitions. Unfortunately, Lloris was not able to win any titles during his time with The Lilywhites.
