The search for Jurgen Klopp's replacement at Liverpool will not be easy, and the team's owners have gone all in to find the best possible profile for the job...even if that needs to take under consideration new ways to do so.
Earlier today, the Fenway Sports Group revealed their decision on who will lead the efforts to find the man that will fill Klopp's shoes, which led them to bring back a familiar face that has led teams in other sports to glorious moments.
The man in question is Theo Epstein, who will join FSG to find a suitable replacement for Liverpool's hotseat.
Epstein led the Boston Red Sox and the Chicago Cubs to end massive title droughts, and the chiefs at FSG believe he can do the same for Liverpool, who face a big hurdle when it comes to replacing Klopp.

As for Epstein, the new advisor shared his delight in joining the Reds' search for a new manager, added to other major duties.

As things stand, Liverpool are still in the race to win all four titles this season. The Reds have made it to the Carabao Cup final and currently lead the Premier League with a five-point margin over Manchester City. Klopp's men are also waiting to know their rivals in the Fifth Round of the FA Cup and in the Round of 16 of the UEFA Europa League, which means that whoever comes in to replace Klopp may find himself with many titles to defend.
