The Gunners captain was awarded the Man of the Match award but was not spared from a hilarious joke from Sky Sports pundit Jamie Carragher.

Martin Odegaard put in another stellar performance for Arsenal in the Gunners' record-breaking 6-0 win at Sheffield United, scoring the opener in this goal fest and creating chances after chances en route to the Man of the Match award.

However, this did not spare him from a hilarious post-match joke when talking to Sky Sports following the full-time whistle.

Popular Sky Sports pundit Jamie Carragher poked fun at the Norwegian ace following this emphatic victory, sarcastically asking where Arsenal photographer Stuart MacFarlane was and why he was not on the pitch for the full-time celebrations.

The Liverpool icon was referencing his viral reaction to the celebrations from Arsenal and, in particular, Odegaard following the North London giants' 3-1 win over Klopp's men in the league a month ago.

The former defender criticized the club and its captain for what he deemed to be over-celebration and took issue with Odegaard taking the camera of Arsenal's photographer and snapping a picture of MacFarlane on the Emirates Stadium pitch.

However, there was a funny side to this interaction, with Carragher, Odegaard, and Arsenal legend Thierry Henry — he was a guest on Monday Night Football — all laughing and sharing a smile. Check out this interaction in the clip below.

With that win, Arsenal have moved back within two points of league leaders Liverpool and are only a point behind reigning champions Manchester City. With the Cityzens facing Klopp's men at Anfield this weekend, the Gunners could capitalize on a slip-up from one, if not two, of their rivals and return to the top of the league. However, they must first beat Brentford this Saturday.
