The Spanish-language network will have Brentford vs Arsenal and Tottenham vs Manchester City as the main games to watch.

It's time to watch the beginning of the 2021-22 Premier League season, and Telemundo will have a thorough coverage of the league once the competition begins this Friday, when Brentford host Arsenal at 3:00 p.m. ET, live on Universo. The show will be preceeded by a half-hour pre-game show called La Liga Premier Extra.

If that was not enough, Universo will be featuring three more games on Saturday, starting with Manchester United vs Leeds at 7:30 a.m. ET. Next up, Community Shield winners Leicester City host Raúl Jiménez's Wolves, and as the cherry on top, Mohamed Salah and Liverpool kick off the tournament with their visit to the recently promoted Norwich City at 12:30 p.m. ET.

The most anticipated match in the opening weekend will feature defending champions Manchester City against Tottenham, who are still eager to keep Harry Kane around to help Nuno Espirito Santo's term as boss. Telemundo's coverage will begin at 10:30 a.m. ET with Liga Premier Extra, followed by the clash between the two EPL contenders.

Players such as Mexican Raul Jimenez with Wolverhampton, Brazilian Richarlison and Colombian Yerry Mina with Everton, Brazilians Alisson and Fabinho with Liverpool, Brazilian Gabriel Jesus with Manchester City, Argentineans Emiliano Martinez and Emiliano Buendia with Aston Villa, Colombian Davinson Sanchez and Argentineans Cristian “Cuti” Romero and Giovani Lo Celso with Tottenham, and Colombian Juan Camilo “Cucho” Hernandez with Watford, will surely make this season more interesting to watch for all Latin fans living in the U.S.

Telemundo Deportes' coverage will feature an award-winning team led by Miguel Gurwitz, Andrés Cantor, Carlos Hermosillo, Manuel Sol, Copan Álvarez and Eduardo Biscayart.

For one more year, La Liga Premier: Tercer Tiempo will return for a new season each Sunday once the activity comes to an end. Added to that, the company's social media platforms such as TelemundoDeportes.com and social media accounts will provide extensive content such as video highlights, stats, interviews, news, and updates as the season goes on.
