Dortmund are reportedly looking at three Chelsea players as potential replacements for their Norwegian striker.

With the rumors surrounding Erling Haaland refusing to go away - despite Dortmund's public declarations that they will not sell the Norwegian international - reports have come out that die Schwarzgelben are already preparing for his likely departure.

Several players have been linked with a move to the Signal Iduna Park as the German side look to find an apt replacement, and now, three more players have been associated with a switch to the Bundesliga.

Interestingly, all three play for Chelsea. The first is none other than Christian Pulisic, who actually made his professional debut for Dortmund before becoming the world's most expensive North American signing after Chelsea opted to spend a cool $73 million to acquire him in January 2019. Pulisic has had a solid stint so far in the English top flight, but this season has been hampered by persistent injuries, thus making it difficult for him to nail down a consistent spot in the starting XI.

The second player is Timo Werner, who also started his professional career in the German top flight. Unfortunately for the German international, he hasn't been able to hit the same heights he did with RB Leipzig, and despite his coach, Thomas Tuchel, showing faith in him last season - often at the expense of English youngster Tammy Abraham - Werner's position is now under threat with the return of Romelu Lukaku to Stamford Bridge.

Finally, youngster Callum Hudson-Odoi has also been linked with Dortmund, albeit die Schwarzgelben may have to do battle with Bayern Munich for his signature as the Bavarian titans have also been reportedly tracking his progress.
