On Friday, beIN Sport announced its partnership with SiriusXM. The deal is an exciting one as Sirius XM Radio subscribers nationwide can now look forward to live play-by-play of Europe’s best games on a weekly basis. Tune in to SiriusXM FC, Channel 94 and other play-by-play channels to enjoy this fresh package.
The good news does not only go to English speakers but also to Spanish-speaking followers of beIN Sport. On August 15, SiriusXM will start broadcasting beIN Sport en Español on Channel 158 where listeners will be able to follow games from the Copa del Rey, La Liga, Serie A and World Cup qualifiers.
There will be special coverage of Spain’s top two giants through exclusive Barca TV and Real Madrid TV shows.
Steve Cohen, SiriusXM’s SVP of Sports Programming, celebrated the move. He declared:
“We are thrilled to work with beIN SPORT to deliver our subscribers more of the world’s best soccer and we’re particularly pleased to make this programming available to our listeners in both English and Spanish.

SiriusXM Radio counts over 25 million subscribers. It is the largest radio broadcaster in the world.
Meanwhile, SiriusXM FC – a dedicated soccer channel – launched in October 2012 with play-by-play of English FA Cup, English Capital One Cup and UEFA Europa League matches. The expansion of beIN Sport’s European football coverage on this platform is certain to delight listeners as beIN’s General Manager, Antonio Briceno, believes.
