Les Parisiens are following closely Chelsea's,decision about the footballer's contract to offer him a way out in case the Blues are not interested in his services.

One of the most highly-rated midfielders in the world could be heading for pastures new days after the end of the FIFA World Cup, as Chelsea are still considering to part ways with him regardless of his massive performances for the club.

According to recent reports, the Premier League club may be considering to see the end of N'Golo Kanté's contract without offering him an extension. The dominant holding midfielder could be out of a club by the end of the season due to this decision, which may see one of the top spending teams in Europe hiring him on a free move.

The club in question would be none other than PSG, who are reportedly ready to bring Kanté back home with an interesting contract and a suitable salary. The report adds that, if Chelsea refuse to offer the Frenchman an extension, the French side would be willing to hire Kanté for the second half of the season, as they would be allowed to negotiate with the footballer during the final six months of his contract.

Recently, Chelsea's coach Thomas Tuchel hinted that the club may be thinking about letting Kanté leave the club due to his constant injuries, including one he picked up a couple of weeks back while playing against Tottenham. That fact would be key to determine Kanté's future, even if he has been one of the top players for Chelsea in recent years.

Kanté is currently playing his seventh season for Chelsea, where he has won a Premier League title, one FA Cup, one UEFA Champions League crown, one UEFA Europa League title, a UEFA Super Cup, and a FIFA Club World Cup title, among other accolades. His experience and drive in midfield would be quite an asset for all teams, and PSG may be on the winning end of a negotiation if things continue their current course.
